All major Credit and Debit cards are accepted. All transactions are made seamlessly, through a secure online payment gateway - we use Stripe - that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. We also accept payment through Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. As we are based in the UK, the default currency is £ (GBP). Your bank will automatically convert your currency at their current conversion rate.
Customers visiting us from following Nations, including Australia, Canada, all countries using Euros, Japan, Sweden and USA, will have all prices displayed in your native currency - based on real time currency conversion. When you checkout your order, this is also the amount you will pay in YOUR currency! However, if you prefer to pay in £ (GBP) with your own bank's currency conversion - you can change the store's currency by clicking on the Flag Button on the top right of the screen.
If you are visiting from outside the UK and wish to pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal, you also need to change the currency display to £ (GBP) before checkout, to have these options available. Each of these gateways will charge you accordingly to their conversion rates.
Shipping and shipping costs.
All goods are made to order if nothing else is stated. Current lead time is 5 - 10 business days (not including weekends) for small goods and 2-3 weeks for bags.
All standard shipping is with the Royal Mail services. International orders are shipped with Tracked and Signed, due to the value of your goods and to minimise fraud and lost parcels. Because of this, we can't ship to a PO box.
When you check out your shopping basket in our web store, all the available shipping options are presented. As there are so many variables with the shipping costs, we are unfortunately not able to display them elsewhere.
If you are an international customer, there will also be an option for expedited courier service. If you choose DHL as delivery option, you will need to give your contact number. You can write your number in the field 'note to seller' at check out.
We ONLY ship with DHL to certain countries, this includes - but are not limited to, Canada, Russia and China. This is due to repeatedly severe delays and lost packages to these countries.
This time table is an ESTIMATE from Royal Mail.
- Shipment time within UK is normally 1 - 5 business days.
- Internationally within EU is 3 - 5 business days.
- Rest of the world is 10 - 14 business days.
- Shipment time within EU is 1-3 business days.
- Rest of the world is 2-4 business days.
Shipping time might take longer. Sometimes there will be delays, especially considering the current world status with COVID-19. Holiday seasons can also affect shipping times and that is something neither we or you can foresee.
Sometimes deliveries get held in your country's custom for a long period. After Midnight is not responsible for delays due to customs.
All duties, customs, taxes, and any and all other costs associated with receiving shipment are the customers responsibility.
Please be aware that After Midnight are not and cannot be held responsible for any problems associated with any postal service.
If no one is available to sign for the package, the carrier will leave a notification with further instructions for pick up and it is the customers responsibility to follow through in obtaining the package.
Refunds and ExchangesIf you are not satisfied with your received item, please contact us within a couple of days to notify and discuss the problem.
Returns are accepted for UNUSED and UNDAMAGED items with their original packaging from the original buyer up to 14 calendar days within EU, and 7 calendar days for rest of the world, after receiving the item.
You need to contact us first, and also provide proof of both receiving the item and sending it back.
Refund will be given within 14 calendar days AFTER the item been received back.
Exception is for any bespoke and monogrammed work.
All bespoke and monogrammed sales are final, and not refundable.
